  • 1977~ Weldotron ~ Hired into precision sheet metal shop as an apprentice fabrication of all sheet metal components.
  • 1979~ Weldotron ~ Promoted to Model Shop / Model maker for concept packaging machinery.
  • 1986~ Klockner ~ Hired to head up the packaging maintenance department of Klockner Contract Packaging in Richmond Virginia. Completed four months training program on all types of packaging machinery in Germany and Belgium. Assisted with the installation of all packaging equipment and also plant equipment and start up.
  • 1987~ Klockner ~ Completed Hotmelt Application Training from Nordson Corporation Richmond Virginia.
  • 1987~ Klockner ~ Completed two year night school course on Industrial Electricity and Heating and Air Conditioning.
  • 1991~ Klockner ~ Accepted a position at Klockner Medipak in Clearwater Florida as a senior service technician. Responsible for installation and training on all Klockner packaging machinery worldwide.
  • 1992~ Klockner ~ Completed Motion Control training from Allen Bradley Burlington Vermont, Completed all four sections of PLC training from Allan Bradley Tampa Florida.
  • 1993~ Klockner ~ Completed all three levels of PLC training from B&R Atlanta Georgia.
  • 1995 ~Klockner ~ Promoted to Tooling Engineering Manager. Responsible for tooling engineering group. Together with top notch engineering team developed tooling design and manufacturing process second to none. Within the first two years, streamlined process and increased tooling sales by 60%. Manufactured tooling for ALL packaging machinery produced by Klockner as well as competitive equipment.
  • 2000~ Received Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering  Florida Institute of Technology.
  • 1999 ~Comar ~ Accepted a position at Comar Contract Packaging in Vineland New Jersey as engineering manager. Specified all equipment for a new contract packaging plant. Also responsible for maintenance department personnel and assisted sales force with project quotes and selection.
  • 2001~ Zaccardi TS ~ Began Zaccardi Tech Service, LLC as an alternative to OEM field service and support. Began to offer worldwide service and support for pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
  • 2006 ~Zaccardi TS ~ Joined forces with Pentapack NA Corp. as the North American Sales and service provider
  • 2009 ~Zaccardi TS ~ Became a partner in the BZW Group International. Through BZW we now offer several additional lines of packaging equipment and services both in North America, Europe and worldwide.
  • 2009 ~ Added the following lines of packaging equipment: Masek stick pack machines, feeders and cartoners, Seibler Goring strip packaging machines, HDG horizontal pouching machines, Smartpac vertical four side seal pouch machines, Surplus Solutions recycled packaging and process equipment.
  • 2009 ~ ZTS becomes exclusive USA sales and service provider for Tommy Nielsen packaging machinery!
  • 2009 ~ Pentapack NA Corp. announces the BP700 series of packaging machines
  • 2009~ Added Siebler Strip pack machine line
  • 2010~Added Sure Torque line of equipment
  • 2010~ Pentapack NA Corp announces the BP540 series of packaging machines
  • 2010 ~ Zaccardi Tech Services launches new website!
  • 2010 ~ Smartpac begins operations in Dresdin Germany
